This talk focuses on the Isomorphic Labs Drug Design Engine (IsoDDE), highlighting two major breakthroughs: IsoDDE more than doubles the accuracy of AlphaFold 3 on challenging protein-ligand structure predictions, and its binding affinity predictions surpass physics-based methods. By bridging the generalisation gap with experimental-grade precision, IsoDDE empowers researchers to navigate unexplored biological systems and unlock entirely new frontiers in drug discovery.
